From the moment Kara saw this stunning but very tired and much needed love and restoration Villa, Kara had a vision for bringing it to life and what it could offer for her clients and the experiences they could have there.
Since then she has has poured her love, talent, creativity and vision in personally renovating this stunning Villa set on 1 achre of beautiful grounds overlooking the picturesque farmland of Clevedon.
She has designed, and project managed it herself and also got stuck in to do what ever was needed, from painting, sanding, rendering, shovelling loads of dirt, she had a clear vision and mission for the final result. Now that it is complete and all that she visions she is super excited for it now to be ready and available for her share it with her clients for their photoshoots and also hire it out for commercial use and the many retreats, social gatherings and exhibitions she will be hosting .

A grand very spacious award winning kitchen . With beautiful views looking out over the 1 acre, pool area and stunning Clevedon farmland and mountains. Large handmade concrete benchtop to accommodate large groups, with a bifold windows opening out to connect the outdoors.

The wonderful flow between the open plan kitchen, downstairs lounge area and the large french doors onto the 1 acre of grass landscape is perfect for another photoshoot area and large groups for events.
Pool Area
A beautiful large retreat area with a large pool is perfect for another photoshoot area either in the pool or the surrounsd of it, with textured Rentered Walls Kara personally did herself the achieve the look she wanted specifically for photographing in mind. This space is also wonderful for retreats.
